Please note a one time, non-refundable, $25 enrollment fee per semester.

$10 fee per additional child.

Your class spot is reserved upon receipt of enrollment fee.

Registration Process:

  1. Complete Enrollment Form below.
  2. Pay non-refundable enrollment fee. Your child's spot is reserved when we receive payment for your enrollment.
  3. Print and fill out the Participation Waiver and Photo Release, bring with you on first day of class.
  4. All certificates, vouchers, and/or payments must be received by the first day of classes., unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods:

  1. We accept cash, check, PayPal and Credit Card.
  2. We accept charter school funds from Inspire and Visions. (Horizon coming soon!)
  3. Mail checks to: The Curiosity Collective, 2520 Lodestar Street, Rocklin, CA 95677. Include your child's name and class name to ensure proper credit.

Spring Enrollment

* We are very interested in adding more charter schools. If you would like The Curiosity Collective to be an approved vendor for your Home School student, please contact us with your child's name and school and request us as a vendor with the school.
