Fall 2023 ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Please note a one time, non-refundable, $15 enrollment fee for the 2023/24 school year, $5 fee per additional child. The enrollment fee can be waived by making a full, non-refundable, and immediate payment for workshops.
Your class spot is reserved upon receipt of full payment or enrollment fee.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not be given for classes attended. If student withdraws from class prior to attending, payment will be refunded if your child's spot can be filled.
Registration Process:
Complete Enrollment Form below.
Submit non-refundable enrollment fee. Your child's spot is reserved when we receive payment for your enrollment.
All purchase order, vouchers, and/or payments must be received by the first day of classes, unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, check, PayPal and Credit Card.
We accept charter school funds from Cottonwood, Sequoia Grove, Visions, Horizon and Twin Ridges.
Mail checks to: The Curiosity Collective, 2520 Lodestar Street, Rocklin, CA 95677. Include your child's name and class name to ensure proper credit.
